I just want to express my thanks once again for taking great care of our carpets. We arrived in Arizona last weekend and unpacked all the carpets. They look fantastic and the repairs are truly impressive. Those carpets are some “souvenirs” from several tours in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Afghanistan…they have some sentimental value. I’m very grateful to you and your team for repairing them to almost new condition.
