Hi Robert; Thank you for an outstanding job on our Tibetan Rug. My rug hasn't looked this good since we bought it. We are so very pleased! See you soon to pick up our Chinese Rug this summer

Robert was fantastic to work with. Came to my house, picked up and delivered my rugs. They turned out beautiful (just like new). It is definitely worth the money to have your rugs cleaned by Shuwb.

Robert did a great job on our smelly, pet stained wool runner. It looks and smells brand new! His service is excellent and the price reasonable. Gave him another project when he dropped off this one.

"I was first hesitant to to spend extra money on rug repair in addition to washing/cleaning, but I'm glad I asked for this service. They did a superb job and my 40 year old rug now looks and feels like new."

I finally got a chance to unroll the carpet and it looks and smells great! Thanks for a great job.

Sheila from Rochester Hills

I had a local (Grand Rapids) company clean my oriental carpet a couple of times but recently you cleaned my carpet. What a difference. My carpet looks like new again. I am sooo happy to have it beautiful again. Thanks for a super job.

Mona from Rockford

Thank you so much for the care and concern, the job you've done and have done through out the years!

The Whitfields from West Bloomfield

The rugs look great. Thank you very much for everything.

Tracy from Oakland

In addition, thank you for the spot carpet cleaner. Another dog episode was handled beautifully! That product works so much more effectively than Nature's Miracle or Rosenthal's Cleaner. It won't replace the artful job you do, but will get me through the emergencies.

Carolyn from Rochester Hills

The rug is beautiful ! My husband thinks it looks better than when he bought it. Thanks! If you ever need a recommendation, please don't hesitate to ask.

Kaye from Battle Creek

The rugs look new. I have nothing but good things to say about your rug cleaning. I don't remember how many years you have been doing our rugs, but a long time and I have always been happy! Thanks for doing such great work.

Joyce from Bloomfield Hills

Thought I would write to again tell you how happy we are with the rugs you cleaned so very professionally! It was a pleasure working with you and I shall share our experience with my friends and neighbors by giving a top notch recommendation.

Laura from Bloomfield Township

Hi Sir, I just want to express my thanks once again for taking great care of our carpets. We arrived in Arizona last weekend and unpacked all the carpets. They look fantastic and the repairs are truly impressive. Those carpets are some "souvenirs" from several tours in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Afghanistan…they have some sentimental value. I'm very grateful to you and your team for repairing them to almost new condition. Thanks! John

Robert has been cleaning rugs for me for the past ten years. I love his work and he is the nicest person you'd ever want to meet, Plus, he is very thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend him.

I wouldn't allow any other person to clean my fine Turkish silk rugs. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and is able to do miraculous things with your precious works of art. When posed with extremely challenging rugs, his knowledge of his art allows him to handle the cleaning with ease. I am beyond impressed!! Would recommend 10 times over any other company !

Madeleine LaFoille

Robert was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We brought in 2 of our oriental rugs, both having some damage and in desperate need of cleaning and repairs. He evens offers free pickup and delivery, extremely accommodating! Will be recommending him to our friends and family.

Robert picked up & delivered the oriental rug. Told us what he would do and what to expect, worked extra hard, tested and adjusted dye color to best match rug. The extra effort was appreciated. Highly recommend, will use again. Saved a beautiful rug!
