They look fantastic and the repairs are truly impressive. Those carpets are some “souvenirs” from several tours in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Afghanistan…they have some sentimental value. I’m very grateful to you and your team for repairing them to almost new condition.

In addition, thank you for the spot carpet cleaner. Another dog episode was handled beautifully! That product works so much more effectively than Nature’s Miracle or Rosenthal’s Cleaner. It won’t replace the artful job you do, but will get me through the emergencies.
